shortly before the end of the story, the two protagonists learn from a lady who lived along the Mississippi that they had already crossed the Missouri border with their boat, without even realizing it, and therefore the slave Jim was now safe. he could no longer be arrested and brought back to Tom Saywer's house where their masters had arranged to see him
1🇺🇲🔥., boo...Radley you got to go save them in Africa and bring back the righteous black lion pride and the tribe they watched over...life will be born there Jim boo Radley and you will see the face of God...be of good cheer and resilient stay your course and keep good mast and give good report...just because you got to...
Elijah great at comedy. He can’t get enough credit for his face mimic and delivery. He’s even funny in more dramatic films such as everything is illuminated.
And he's even dressed like little Frodo would be... so adorable. I feel kinda bad for it, because Elijah is obviously a great actor who had many great roles, but I look at him and all I see is a tiny Hobbit.
This is literally based on Jim’s dialogue in the book. The only difference is he doesn’t give a “slavery is bad” speech and Huck never says the line they give him here. Movies need to spell out the obvious, which I kinda understand when I read comments like yours. Would love to hear your hot take on all the examples of race betrayal Jim does.
Thank gods, thank gods almighty, Iz free at last, iz free! No dems dah chan me! Nope, no, golly gee! Iz ben to dah muntain. Iz peeked over to dah other sides. Iz free! Iz in de promised lan. Iz free!

Man. People like that to kids these days.
Huck es el señor de los anillos
Jim certainly didn't talk like this in the book. He actually turned on his own people multiple times to gain his freedom.

Don't ya love the fact that Huck in this scene is doing exactly what Gollum does in an extended scene from The Fellowship Of the Ring?
SusantheRestorer I'm not sure I like what you wrote because I haven't seen that scene.
